These Terms govern the purchase and use of the digital products offered at activeminds.com.ar/en: the 30-day program "ActiveMinds: 30 days, one page a day", its add-ons (Games to share with the family, 100 large-print puzzles) and its bundles (ActiveMinds · Month Two, Hands and lines workbook), together "the Products."

3. Acceptance

By purchasing any Product at activeminds.com.ar/en, you accept these Terms in full. If you disagree, don't complete the purchase.

4. Nature of the product and instant delivery

The Products are digital content (downloadable files) with no physical component. Delivery is instant: as soon as your payment clears, you receive an email with the download link. By confirming your purchase at checkout, you acknowledge and agree that delivery begins immediately with your express consent. 5. Price and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Payment is processed through Whop; ActiveMinds does not store or have access to your card details. Prices may change without notice; the price that applies is the one shown at the time you confirm your purchase.

6. License to use

Purchasing grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for private use of the content. You may not resell, redistribute, share, publish (in whole or in part), or use the Products for commercial purposes without express authorization. All content (text, illustrations, brand) is the property of ActiveMinds and is protected by copyright law.

ActiveMinds is an entertainment and mental-exercise product. It is not a treatment, does not prevent or cure any disease and does not replace advice from a healthcare professional. We do not guarantee a specific outcome.

8. Minors
