Refund Policy
ActiveMinds (the 30-day program, the add-ons, and the bundles) is digital content delivered instantly by email as soon as your payment clears. Because of that instant delivery, we don't offer refunds simply for changing your mind after the content has been downloaded — except under the guarantee below, which we offer regardless.
7-day money-back guarantee
We offer a 7-day guarantee from the date of purchase: if you try the program and it's not for you, email us at atencionalcliente@activeminds.com.ar from the same address you purchased with, and we'll refund the full amount. You don't need to explain why, and you keep the file.
Refunds are processed through Whop, back to the same payment method you used. If you paid by card, your bank issues the credit and it may take a few business days to show up on your statement — that timing is set by your bank, not by us.
Any other issue
If you have a real problem with your purchase outside that window (duplicate charge, error at checkout, the file never arrived, you bought the wrong product), email us anyway at atencionalcliente@activeminds.com.ar — we look at it case by case. Include in your email: your full name, the email used for the purchase, order number or purchase date, and the reason for your request.
