1. Who is responsible for your data

ActiveMinds, contact atencionalcliente@activeminds.com.ar, is responsible for the personal data collected through activeminds.com.ar/en.

2. What data we collect

• Data you give us: name and email at the time of purchase (to deliver your product and contact you).
• Payment data: processed directly by Whop — we do NOT see or store your card number or bank details. Whop has its own privacy policy.
• Browsing data: through cookies and the Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram) we collect aggregated browsing data (pages viewed, clicks, conversions) to measure and optimize our advertising. See section 6.

3. What we use your data for

• Delivering your purchased Product and sending you purchase-related emails.
• Responding to your support questions.
• Sending you news or new product updates ONLY if you gave explicit consent for that.
• Measuring and optimizing advertising campaigns (aggregated data).

4. Who we share data with

We share data with providers that help us operate (processors), and never sell it:

• Whop (payment processing)
• Resend (transactional email delivery)
• Meta / Facebook / Instagram (advertising measurement pixel)
• Vercel (site hosting and PDF storage)

5. Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing atencionalcliente@activeminds.com.ar. If you are a California resident, you may have additional rights under the CCPA; contact us to exercise them.

6. Cookies and the Meta Pixel

We use our own cookies (site functionality) and third-party cookies (Meta Pixel) to measure conversions and build remarketing audiences. You can manage or block cookies from your browser settings, and manage your ad preferences directly in your Facebook/Instagram account (Settings → Ads).

7. Data retention

We keep your data as long as there is an active business relationship and, after that, for as long as applicable accounting/tax rules require.

8. Minors

We do not direct data collection at minors; purchases are made by an adult.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy; the version in effect is the one published at activeminds.com.ar/en.
